Information Request
We will start off by requesting information from you about your property. All we need is any closing docs, related financials, cost documents, etc.

This will aid us to get a more accurate value for the property and assist us in the appeal process.
Informal Process
This is the first step of appealing your property. We have an informal meeting with an appraiser at the countys appraisal district and present our evidence as to why the property value should be lowered. Most of the time, we can come to an agreement, but if not that is where the ARB process comes in.
ARB & Potential Litigation
The Appraisal Review Board (ARB) in Texas is an independent body established to ensure fairness in the property appraisal process. It serves as an intermediary between property owners and the appraisal district to resolve disputes over property valuations. We will present our evidence in front of this board and they will have the final say on the property value. If we believe the value is still wrong, we can pursue arbitration/litigation.
